Our fees are based on the listing prices.

$175 ( From $250K to $299K)
$200 ( From $300k to $699K )
$250 ( Over $700K )
# of Photos ( from 60 to 100 pics and More. depends on the size of the house)
We provide tons of photos and do not limit # of pics.
If you have a big house listing, yes, we give you tons of pics( it can be 70, 80, or over 100 pics)
In general, we deliver 60 to 100 pics or more pics per house. it depends on the house size.
(If the house has only 2 or 3 beds, then you may have fewer pics than 60 photos)
Photo Delivery Time
* Normal Process: You would get pics in 24 Hrs( normally, you get pics in the next morning)
* Express Process: If you want to receive pics in the same day, we charge $75 for express fee.

Pics Delivery Time and Method
Pics will be ready by the next day early morning( if the pics taken today, then you get pics in the next day morning)
We use Dropbox for sharing the pics and send the Dropbox Link to your email.
